The Craft Potters Association aims to encourage and promote the work of our members. Individual work can be purchased via our website’s online payment system. Orders placed via the website are managed by the CPA, and orders are packaged and delivered from the potters directly.


All pieces of work are individually packaged and protected to a high standard to ensure pots arrive safely at their destination in the same condition as they were sent.


Packages are sent through recorded delivery using the maker's choice of carrier. Insurance of ceramics in transit is frequently not available. However, where a maker has negotiated insurance through his preferred carrier this will be stated clearly for each item.


Each piece of work is individually wrapped and packaged separately but may be combined with other items depending on the size, weight and number of items ordered. Packing weight, size and cost vary for each order and destination, and it is therefore not realistic to prepare a uniform effective international shipping cost.

After payment of an item or items, we will contact you with the shipping cost which will require a separate payment to be made via our website. If you are unhappy with the delivery quote and would like to cancel your order, all payments made on the item will be fully refunded.

We hope that you will enjoy your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied you should contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning item(s) to us. Items must be returned to the maker's address included with the purchase, in their original condition and packaging. The CPA does not accept responsibility for the loss of packages sent back to us by customers. We recommend you use recorded delivery when returning items.

On receipt of the item(s), you will be refunded the item(s) price. Please be aware we do not refund postage costs.


Refunds can only be made to the credit or debit card from which the original payment was made.
